Adaptations #

Aerobic #

Aerobic Capacity #
Also known as cardiorespiratory fitness, it is the ability of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems to deliver oxygen to muscles during sustained physical activity. It is a key component of physical fitness.
Agility #

Anaerobic #
